Booking

    A month calendar, a guided flow that asks party size first, or a drag-to-pick week view.

    Time windows per weekday, slot lengths and date ranges, shared across many objects.

  • Extras with pricing

    Price add-ons per unit, per person, per booking or per hour.

  • Live availability

    Free slots refresh on their own, and double bookings are refused.

    Customers change contact details or party size, or cancel, without calling you.

Running it

  • Back office

    Manage categories, objects, schedules, extras and bookings, with an overview calendar.

  • Confirmation emails

    Every booking sends a confirmation with an .ics invite for the customer's calendar.

  • Key cabinet integration

    A booking creates a time-limited door PIN on Creone key cabinets. Cancelling revokes it.

  • English and Swedish

    Both the interface and your content can be translated.
